Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data the website isobata.ai processes, why, and what your rights are, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian data protection law. It covers this website only. The isobata software installed by customers runs on their own servers; we receive none of its data.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and make no automated decisions about you. The fonts on this site are served from this site, so no font service learns that you visited.
Cookies
Without your consent this site sets no cookies. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_14JFTE8YX9, which distinguish visitors and sessions and expire after 2 years. You can change your choice at any time: .
Who else receives the data
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, as our provider of website hosting (Firebase Hosting) and, if you accept, of analytics (Google Analytics), under Google's data processing terms. Google may process data in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- OVH SAS (OVHcloud), which hosts the mailbox that receives pilot applications, on servers in the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to privacy@isobata.ai. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority where you live or work.
